Jennifer Lawrence is hot property at the moment with two mega-franchises under her belt. Thankfully for all involved, it looks as if Fox and Lionsgate will co-operate to ensure that she can continue with sequels for both X-Men: First Class and The Hunger Games. Lawrence will shoot The Hunger Games’ sequel Catching Fire this autumn with shooting beginning on First Class 2 shortly after.
Catching Fire is currently scheduled for a November 22 2013 release date, although director Gary Ross has not been signed to the project just yet. X-Men: First Class 2 does not have a set release date. It’s going to be a busy few months for Lawrence. She will also appear in House at the End of the Street, which will open in cinemas on September 21st.
