Wreck-It Ralph`s cast list grows

More cameos and characters unveiled.
The cast of Wreck-It Ralph is starting to take shape with the announcement of more video game characters and those contributing voices to the animated tale. Modern Family and Married, With Children star Ed O’Neill is in line to play one of the few human characters in the movie. He is taking the role of the owner of Litwak’s Family Fun Center & Arcade, where Ralph and his compatriots exist. Stefanie Scott will be another human in the adventure as she assumes the role of Moppet Girl, a gamer who hangs around in Litwak’s arcade.Dennis Haysbert will guide players through the world of Hero’s Duty as General who appears to honor players for their service battling aliens. The Sugar Rush game will feature the likes of comedians Adam Carolla and Horatio Sanz as a pair of security guards, and Mindy Kaling who will be one of the mean-girls called Taffyta Muttonfudge. Edie McClurg (Ferris Bueller’s Day Off) and Rachael Harris (The Hangover) will be on hand in the Fix-It Felix game to make poor Wreck-It Ralph feel bad about himself as he dismantles their town day after day. Thanks to the trailer, it was already known that Street Fighter stars Zangief and Bison (Gerald C. Rivers) would feature in the film. However, they will be joined by Ken Masters who will be voiced by Reuben Langdon, and Ryu who will be voiced by Kyle Hebert. Another video game voiceover vetern, Roger Craig Smith (Chris Redfield and Ezio), will be reprising the role of Sonic the Hedgehog for the film. Wreck-It Ralph tells the story of a bad guy character who has just been doing his job for 30 years. However, he doesn’t want to be the bad guy anymore. He tries to find his place in other games, but unwittingly unleashes chaos in the arcade after he sets a deadly enemy free. Besides the impressive cast laid out above, Wreck-It Ralph stars John C. Reilly (Wreck-It Ralph), Sarah Silverman (Vanellope von Schweetz), Jack McBrayer (Fix-It Felix) and Jane Lynch (Sergeant Calhoun). Wreck-It Ralph will be released on November 2nd in North America and on February 15th 2013 in Europe.
