4.5 out of 10 Heaven and hell
Philip from Dublin, 19 Dec 2009
Maybe one of the greatest British films ever, its still astonishing to look at. A Lancaster pilot is involved in a crash but due to a heavenly mix up is caught somewhere between life and death. Cue some incredibly imaginative visual sequences and a smart witty script. David Niven is fantastic as the cultured pilot trying to talk himself out of heaven. A timeless classic.

2.5 out of 10 Poor enough
Joanne from Meath, 27 Feb 2009
some very funny parts, but really not enough to hold your attention throughout, a 'nice' film but for a slightly hunger audience
