Shagged my funnybone all way through

This film is just too funny. A masterpiece. Dr.Evil is an CEO who who in intent on taking over world despite controlling vastly profitable companies!! In this one his masterplan is to blow up the Moon. Everyone who appears in this is superb be it a small role or big. Just too funny 10/10

What's it about....
