0.5 out of 10 Boring and too long more like
Mark from Dublin, 19 Sep 2007
I could see what they were trying to do and it had its moments but for me it was far too long and simply quite boring. I suppose the one saving grace for this was the characters played by Law and Penn were so annoying so it did provoke an emotional response.

3 out of 10 Breaking and Entering
Rachel from Dublin, 09 Aug 2007
I thought this was a very deep emotional movie, well played roles by Jude Law and Juliet Binoche. Although the movie doesnt have action or suspense, it makes up for its dramatic effect, and i enjoyed the story line, was very cleverly done. Worth renting

3.5 out of 10 good film
Barbara from Cork, 03 Jan 2008
This one is definitely worth watching. The acting is excellent, especially Juliette Binoche takes my breath away, as usual. It's a story of lives getting intertwined. Everyone has best intentions but it doesn't always work out the way we want it to.

4 out of 10 Breaking and Entering

Very good film well worth watching. Jude Law and Julianne Binoche really got into their roles. The theme of breaking and entering was held in many parts of the film particularly in the relationship area. Recommend it

5 out of 10 Breaking and entering

Loved it. Great cast. But Jude Law just standing saying nothing will always look good to me......! Seriously, the layered story line keeps you watching, and wondering what will be the outcome.Don't miss it.

What's it about....
Love is no ordinary crime. A architect's (Jude Law) dealings with a young thief cause him to re-evaluate his life, bringing him closer to the offender's poor single mother (Juliette Binoche).... Oscar-winning director Anthony Minghella helms this film of his own screenplay, reunited with top-class actors from his previous projects The Talented Mr Ripley (Jude Law) and The English Patient (Juliette Binoche).
