Proibably the worst film I've ever seen. Of interest only to graphic designers, it'a a textbook case of style over substance. Imagine a live action Manga film & you're nearly there. Zombie messiahs vs. armies of killer robots, and that's the most realistic part of the plot. I reckon the director looked at this as an opportunity to fill his portfolio. Avoid at all costs......

but strange story. Not entirely sure I got what was going on. I find a lot of Japanese\Chinese films have lots of culturally specific imagery and dialogue which just goes straight by me. Very enjoyable all the same.

what the hell did i just watch it was so so painful please tell me how this even got over 6 in imdb, but if you are into visuals than this is the one for you

This was hard going in fairness and I didnt rate it yet it has been well recommended by a lot film critics I just didnt get it

Japanese post-apocalypse story with androids and reanimation and the discussion of what is life. Very strange movie.
