Exactly what you expect

You know....you are not expecting oscar winning, life changing stuff when vince vaughn and jon favreau are standing in bermuda shorts on the cover.....and well....you don't get it...
but....it was what it was.....light....mildly enjoyable...some laugh out loud parts...some great lines.....it could have been a lot better....it actually had a decent story idea.....but it lost its way a little bit...
but if you are looking for a little bit of humour for a light friday night....ah....why not..

I always am wary of taking or giving recommendations on Comedy, but all the comedies I have liked have been proven to be "Classics" after passage of time. I wouldn't call this a Classic, but I did find it funny and it plays brilliantly if not in simplistic fashion on the age old battle of the sexes with a new millenium slant. Jean Reno is hilarious and Favereau and Vaughn are good, but it's Jason Bateman who has the best lines and funniest scenes. Good night in fare.

I rented this movie after hearing mixed reviews about it from friends. alot of them told me it was the worst film ever but i like Vince Vaughn so i said id find out for myself.....................it was terrible. there was maybe one funny part throughout the entire film............very disappointing. i would not recommend watching this movie, but thats just my opinion.

I have to say that I haven't had such a good laugh in a long time. I got this and 'It's complicated' sent the same weekend and we had a great weekend of entertainment and humour. Great casts and good lines , some corny and predictable but can't have everything :-)

A feel good movie to relax the soul heat and up the winter blues. Adults letting their hair down in tropical paradise. This movie is a must for anyone having a mid life crisis to show that fun can be brought back from the boring place it went to.
