Deceptive…but in a good way

This is a very enjoyable, fast-paced action film/thriller with some great plot twists. The film's central character is Rudy Duncan (played by Ben Affleck) who is released from jail after serving 6 years for a grand theft auto conviction. Upon release he meets Ashley Mercer (played by Charlize Theron) & they set off to make a life together. Unfortunately for them, this doesn't last too long and Rudy ends up being violently forced into helping a criminal gang who are planning a large casino heist.

Waste of time

My 6 year old could be better at deception than Ben Affleck in this. He obviously went to the same wooden school of acting as Keanu Reeves. Starts off well but quickly unfolds into a predictable story with braindead bad guys who think they will not look out of place dressed in black leather looking shifty while trying to heist a casino in the middle of hicksville. Small cameo from Ashton Kutcher which was amusing enough although one wonders why? Poor acting, very disappointing.
