Matthew Broderick excels as the charming serial truant Ferris Bueller.Ferris will stop at nothing to ensure his last day of skipping school is a day to remember, even though it means convincing his best mate Cameron to "borrow" his fathers precious Ferrari and impersonate his girlfriends father,in a potentially disastrous phonecall to school principal Ed Rooney. The trio embark on a hilarious tour of Chicago, agonisingly pursued by the hapless principal.
