4 out of 10 Very funny film!
Ann-Marie from Meath, 10 Dec 2008
I thought this film was so, so funny. Peter, the male lead character, is quite hapless to start with and everything is going wrong with his love life. You feel sorry for him and for anyone that has ever been in a similar situation. You really want him to find happiness and love but naturally, there are more than a few hilarious mishaps on the way! Russell Brand (who I normally can't stand) surprised me and played a very amusing part. Well worth the watch!

3.5 out of 10 Hilarious
Noel from Dublin, 05 Dec 2008
This movie was actually really funny and i expected it to be another crappy comedy especially since i can't stand Russell Brand. The movie is about a guy who is madly in love with his famous actress girlfriend and she dumps in for a famous singer. He cant seem to get over her no matter what he does so he decides to go on holidays but guess who is there. Well worth watching.

0 out of 10 Forgetting Sarah Marshall
Nuala from Laois, 26 Nov 2008
It will take you all of 5 seconds to forget this movie. It is terrible. Only hyped up. Do not rent it you will be disappointed. Russell Brand has about 4 scenes and he is crap, he is no better than a porno star. Whats all the hype about him anyway. Dont know how it made cinema as its terrible, I'm warning everyone.

3 out of 10 Good laugh
Ciaran from Dublin, 15 Sep 2008
A mostly funny and enjoyable movie saved from mediocrity by Brand's performance. Admittedly he gets all the good lines but he delivers them well and as long as he is on-screen the movie has life. Other than that this is a watchable 'rom-com' with limited 'com'. The women in in it are crackers too!

3 out of 10 Quite funny
Rónán from Dublin, 15 Mar 2009
Despite having some bawdy comedy moments at heart this is a fairly straightforward rom-com. The lead (Jason Segel) who gave a good turn in Knocked-up, stars as a recently dumped guy who planning on getting away from it goes to the exact same hotel as his ex. Queue the usual and not so usual
