Dublin looks great in this movie - all soft focus and sunsets! but that's the best bit really, the characters are all a little cliched (especially the svengali like college lecturer!). The story is lightweight and just about manages to maintain your interest - and as with some other Irish movies, the best bits are unintentional comedy...
One of my favourite Irish films
David from Dublin, 30 Mar 2008
Similar to About Adam, this Irish comedy does a good job at making Dublin look like a slick European capital city. The characters and story line are fun, even if a little familiar but this definitely makes for a good date movie
Dribble

Terrible romantic drivvel, made kind of watchable only because it was local and the romance wasn't all straight. but it was 2 long hours wasted! mushy cheesy nonsense. bah.
Funny, modern take on being gay in Dublin
Melanie from Cork, 28 Dec 2007
This is a surprisiingly good film and I loved watching every bit of it. It has drama, comedy value and a real sense of the modern Irish gay scene. Well worth a watch....
