1 out of 10 Certainly not an easy going movie
Mark from Dublin, 25 Apr 2010
If you dont have the energy to work at your movie this is not for you its far too up its own backside and when you get to to end you cant help but think what the .... Is she dreaming isnt she quite frankly utter rubbish and could not really care some people have advocated watching it again as it will tie up some loose ends I would rather go bungy jumping with cheesewire.

5 out of 10 If you like Lost, you'll adore this!
Thomas from Dublin, 12 Jun 2007
Intelligent and important, David Lynch pulls no punches. This film is a masterclass in engaging with the audience. Its an actresses dream, or is it? Lynch gives clues in the DVD, but ultimately there is no clear answer. Its the best film I've seen in years! You will need to watch it at least twice, if only to understand the chronology!

3.5 out of 10 If you thought Blue Velvet was strange
Kerrie from Roscommon, 18 Jun 2012
You ain't seen nothin' yet! Fec...g mad. Not a 'nice' film, can't say I enjoyed it, can't say I'd watch it again but it's a hell of a mad movie! I'll be giving Lynch a break for a while as he's wrecking my head.

3.5 out of 10 Nothing like it.
Steven from Kildare, 26 Nov 2007
Either you're going to be completely confused or delighted in it's complexity. Either way, you won't figure out on the first watch. Expect to fast forward and rewind through it again after the first sitting.

4 out of 10 Brilliant Stuff
Pierce from Cork, 16 Feb 2011
The first time I saw MD I was completely blown away and had no idea what it was all about. I watched it again recently ...still blown away and still no idea what it was all about. But that's the fun in it..

What's it about....
This sexy thriller has been acclaimed as one of the year's best films. Two beautiful women are caught up in a lethally twisted mystery - and ensnared in an equally dangerous web of erotic passion. "There's nothing like this baby anywhere! This sinful pleasure is a fresh triumph for Lynch, and one of the best films of the year. Visionary daring, swooning eroticism and colors that pop like a whore's lip gloss!" says Rolling Stone's Peter Travers. "See it... then see it again!"...
