3.5 out of 10 Interesting 'footie' movie
Denise from Sligo, 18 Jan 2013
Rented this cos I missed it at our movie club, also Gael Garcia Bernal usually in good films. Set in South America, these 2 brothers are spotted playing football in their local village by a talent scout, who promises them great things. Surprisingly they do make it into big-time football (huge in S America) but it's most watchable for the relationship between the 2 brothers, crucial towards the end. The film doesn't go into enough detail at times, however its really watchable (don't get disheartened after an unpromising first 20 mins or so..)

However the story seems to drag a little in places even though, ironi

They both share the dream of building a big house for their mother, Elvira, but all of their desires seem completely out of reach, that is, until a talent scout, Batuta, discovers their...
