Sex and the City

From a mans perspective I was a little aprehensive when wife order this, but I can say it was a good flick to watch, as chick flick go. My wife never enjoyed the series but absolutely loved this film. The girls are priceless, their antics are even funnier, but males be warned, there is a heartbreak scene that will make you think twice about breaking someones heart, trust me. Good flick.
girlie film

Watched most of the series of sex & city, but the first half hour of this movie really annoyed me. I felt they were having 40 something women acting like teenagers , screaming everytime they met, and they supposed to be sophisticated NYorkers. And then it was any excuse to fit on clothes and pose, mutton dressed as lamb. It was ok once the story got going.

Pretty much an extended version of the TV show but with even more focus on the fashion aspect..
Story was a bit too predictable, the usual unfaithfulness & desertion committed by the men blah blah blah..
You could almost tell they didnt know how to end the script so the producer went with the lovey dovey chick option which was pretty disappointing IMO....
Great girlie film!

Really enjoyed this movie! I've always been a fan of the TV series so I was eagerly awaiting the film and it didn't disappoint. I was only sorry when it was over! Lots of laughs and I found I was really empathising with all the characters and found myself welling up on a number of occasions. Wish they'd make another one...!
Wanted to hate it, but couldn't.

I didn't watch the series (do all men say that I wonder) but this film was so hyped I added it to the list, and I'm glad I did.
It was sleek, sexy, funny & a little bit crude.
Watch it, and before you know were you are, you'll know your Manolo Blahnik from you choo's.
