My 11 year old son enjoyed this movie but I felt it was too violent for children definately anyone yournger than 11. Special effects were good if you like that sort of thing. Not a family movie.

I read all these films as a child and this film is an excellent adaptation of the book. Great special effects, good cast. brilliant performances by lucy and the ice-queen

after having seen Lord Of The Rings, this movie just doesn't measure up. It also seems too rushed to include the events of all the narnia books, and doesn't really work.

A nice fairy tail to distract you from the horrors of war. Its like a condensed Lord of the Rings for kids. If I were a kid, I would have loved this.
