Androids are trying to take over the planet. Very good film, the animation is excellent, to a point were I forgot I was watching a cartoon.
If you're a fan of Japanese animation, you'll love this. I'm not, but found it surprisingly engrossing.

If you're into Ghost in the Machine, Akira, Appleseed etc, you'll find this a bit of a step backwards in terms of the storyline. The animation is a few steps up the ladder, however. Still enjoyable.
