Very dissappointing rom com

Now obviously I wasn't expecting a work of art, but thought this might be one of the few rom coms that are genuinely worth curling up on the sofa for a few laughs, but I was very dissappointed. They seem to have made a bit of an effort for the first third, even though it strictly followed the usual formula it did so reasonably well but then it was almost as if they got bored and wrote the rest of the screenplay in an ad break. Skip this one.

Okay so it is a chick flick but its a good one. I wasn't expecting much to be honest as it was sooo hyped but I really enjoyed it.
It was really cute and funny and you are really routing for the characters. Brings a good spin to "always the bridesmaid never the bride".
Don't think the hubby or significant other will sit through it with you though...enjoy with a bar of galaxy and a glass of wine instead!
The Chick flick of all Chick Flicks

Always the bridesmaid, never the bride.
For such a slim plot, this should have been really bad. But it wasn't. the acting is good, the situations funny, and although the script feels like it's been done a hundred times, including the ridiculously obvious ending... I still found it entertaining and fun. I'm now going to watch Rocky Balboa again and again untill I'm cured.

I think Catherine Heigl has great comedic talent. She proved it in 'knocked up' and with this film, i think is still on form.
This romantic comedy explores the characters a bit more than your run of the mill rom-com. I thought it was great, funny and would recommend it to all you single gals out there.

Your usual romcom where the lead girl falls for the unlikely lad and they live happily ever after. There, i just saved you wasting you night. Owww and its a cheap rip off of "How to lose a guy in 10 days". Its does however have one or two ok laughs but my god that doesn't make up for it.
